Catechism
What does the Holy Spirit do for you?
The Holy Spirit unites me to Christ, convicts me of sin, comforts me, and sanctifies me.
(Eph 2:8; 3:17; 1 Thess 1:6; 2 Thess 2:13)
Memory Verse
2 Thessalonians 2:13
But we ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers beloved by the Lord, because God chose you as the firstfruits to be saved, through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth.

Verse 1
If we live by the Spirit,
Let us also keep in step
With the Spirit, of God (Gal. 5:25)
Be renewed in the Spirit
of your minds
Put on the new self
In the likeness, of God (Eph. 4:23-24)
Chorus
The Spirit’s fruit is love,
and joy, peace
Patience, kindness,
goodness, faithfulness
Gentleness, and self-control
Against such things,
there is no law (Gal. 5:22-24)
Look carefully then,
at how you walk (Eph. 5:15)
Verse 2
Walk in love
as Christ loved us
And gave Himself up for us,
An offering, to God (Eph. 5:2)
Those who belong to Christ
Have crucified the flesh
With its passions,
and desires (Gal. 5:24)
Chorus
The Spirit’s fruit is love,
and joy, peace
Patience, kindness,
goodness, faithfulness
Gentleness, and self-control
Against such things,
there is no law (Gal. 5:22-24)
Look carefully then,
at how you walk (Eph. 5:15)
Bridge
I am the vine,
you are the branch
Whoe’er bides in me,
and I in him
He it is that
bears much fruit, for
Apart from me,
you can do nothing (Jn. 15:5)
Verse 3
Walk in a manner that is
Worthy of the Lord,
Fully pleasing, to Him
Bearing fruit in every
Good work and increasing
in the knowledge of God (Col. 1:10)
Chorus
The Spirit’s fruit is love,
and joy, peace
Patience, kindness,
goodness, faithfulness
Gentleness, and self-control
Against such things,
there is no law (Gal. 5:22-24)
Look carefully then,
at how you walk (Eph. 5:15)
